The agreement between you and ActivLife Hub LLC for the use of Professional Hub.
The service
Professional Hub is a working environment for planning, reviewing and building your own projects. Access is by subscription, billed monthly through Stripe and cancellable at any time; cancelling stops the next charge and access continues to the end of the paid period. Plans differ in how many projects you can keep active at once. The price you subscribe at is the price you keep for as long as that subscription runs; prices for new subscriptions may change.
Human second opinion
The human second opinion is a separate paid service and is not included in any subscription. It is charged per request, at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you submit. One request means one concrete problem or decision, read and answered in writing by a person. It is not a call, a meeting, or a quantity of consulting time, and no response time is guaranteed. It is an opinion, not professional advice, and the decision remains yours.
Fair use of the AI
The AI features are metered by us and paid for by us out of the subscription price, on the assumption that you are using them for your own projects at a human pace. We reserve the right to limit, throttle, suspend or refuse AI usage that is unusually high compared with normal use, automated or scripted, generated by tooling rather than by a person working, resold or made available to third parties, routed through the product as a proxy or general-purpose API, or unrelated to your own projects on this account. Where the account is not being abused we will contact you before acting where we reasonably can. This is a protection against abuse and runaway cost, not a published allowance, and it does not entitle you to any particular volume of AI usage.
What we do not promise
Nothing here predicts or guarantees commercial success. Idea reviews, AI answers and second opinions are assessments and opinions, not advice you should follow without judgement, and not legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Decisions about your project remain yours.
AI output
AI-generated content can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, including when it sounds certain. Verify anything your decision depends on. You are responsible for what you publish or ship based on it.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and to send it to our AI provider so the product can function.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harm others, or to generate content you know to be deceptive. We may suspend an account that does.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
If these terms change materially, subscribers are told by email before the change takes effect.
